| 1995 Gold Proof Sovereign Three Coin Set. Two Pounds (double sovereign), commemorating the end of WWII with a "Dove of Peace" designed by John Mills, depicted on the reverse. Peace is emphasised too in the edge inscription - 1945 In Peace Goodwill 1995 - part of the well known moral prefacing Winston Churchill's History of the Second World War. The Sovereign and Half Sovereign show George & Dragon on the reverse. Certificate of Authenticity No. 1082. Each coin is held in a perspex protective holder and all are contained in an attractive Royal Mint presentation case. This collection also contains a gold-plated medallion depicting the Royal Crown and the Chinese lunar symbol, the pig, for 1995. Satisfaction guaranteed or full refund on returns within seven days.
