Ordering

Please check the Netcoins Noticeboard for the latest information on delivery times and other important notices.

To order an item, go to the Details page of the item you are interested in and click the "order" link for your preferred payment method:

Paypal

You can pay online by using your PayPal account, which you can obtain free. This option involves Netcoins in commission charges, so an additional fee of 3.5% must be added to the total if you wish to pay by this method.

Email

If you prefer, you can send payment by BACS bank transfer, which is usually free from your bank. Payment may also be made by cash in GBP, US$, or Euros. Please use recorded delivery when sending cash. You may also send a personal cheque, drawn on a UK based bank, or a postal order.

Please email Gold@NetCoins.co.uk quoting "NetCoins Order" in the Subject Line, for details on how to send personal cheques or cash.

Make sure that in your email to us you identify the coins you have chosen, by quoting their reference number. Also include the address to which you want the order sending, and tell us how you wish to make payment. You will then receive an email by return confirming your order.

Guarantee

All coins are sent to you on approval after payment has been received with your order.

Your purchase is backed by our satisfaction guarantee or full refund on returns within seven days.

Postage Costs

UK - All items over £30.00 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery - Postage & Packing up to a value of £500 = £6.25; £1,000 = £7.00; and £2,500 = £9.00. Items under £30.00 will be sent "Signed For" costing £3.25. Customers outside the UK and living in Europe £9.50 "International Signed For" or £5.50 First Class Airmail. Rest of the World £10.50 "International Signed For" or £5.50 First Class Airmail. Please contact us by email to arrange your order. The postage may have to be adjusted if the package is overweight.

Terms & Conditions: Delivery – Your order will normally be delivered within 14 days of receipt of cleared funds. Items can be reserved via the telephone or by email, using the reference number at the foot of the listed description. Cancellation – You may cancel your order and return goods already despatched (see returns policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Returns Policy – We offer a satisfaction guarantee or full refund on returns. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure they are supplied correctly. All goods are sent on seven days approval for residents of the United Kingdom, and ten days for orders from outside the UK. Goods must be returned in their original condition.
